Jeff attended Eastern Illinois University and holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Managment (IREM) and a California Real Estate Broker License.

Project scopes ranged from a $50K bathroom remodel to $950K single-family home.

Supervised the day-to-day operations of a 4000 unit portfolio consisting of both high-rise and garden-style conventional residential apartments. Served as liaison between corporate headquarter staff and clients J.E. Roberts and Archon, LLC. Identified owner’s objectives and implemented strategies to exceed owner’s expectations. -Accelerated the implementation of AMSI property management software on in-house test property paving the way for Draper and Kramer to target a new client requiring the use of AMSI software. -Performed operational and capital due diligence functions for institutional clients. Due diligence functions included: property and unit inspections, lease and budget audits, and capital improvement recommendations. Prepared and presented due diligence reports including operational summaries, one to five year budget calculations and staffing recommendations. -Selected as member of the Property Ownership Transition Team. Worked closely with and reported to Asset Manager for each transition property. Supervised the implementation of operational policies and procedures. Interviewed current management, accounting and marketing staff and made staff change recommendations. Supervised the implementation of AMSI property management software and assessed the data-against-lease audit information. -During tenure at a 1,795 unit high rise in Chicago, implemented aggressive leasing and renewal programs that increased occupancy from 91% to 97% while increasing rents 3-5%. -Directly supervised over $11M in renovations at several Chicago high rises, including unit renovations, common area renovations and exterior building maintenance renovations.
